Premier League Podcast - VOLTAGE

by Target Darts | Premier League Podcast

Target’s World Champion Rob Cross’s debut Premier League season ended in a run to the semi-finals.
“Voltage” had produced some stunning displays in his first attempt at the tournament, but he could not overcome world number one Michael van Gerwen at the O2 Arena in London.
Cross fought back from a slow start against the Dutchman, winning five of the last seven legs and hitting 55% of his darts at doubles, but still slipped to a 10-6 defeat.
The world number three claims ¬£80,000 in prize money from his campaign, and will now skip the weekend’s ProTour events in Milton Keynes as he gears up for his debuts on the World Series and the World Cup of Darts, where he will represent England alongside fellow Target thrower Dave Chisnall.
“Chizzy” will be among the #TeamTarget professionals in action this weekend in Milton Keynes for the next two Players Championship events, which can be watched live on PDC TV and via bookmakers’ websites worldwide.
