'It's not over until I say it's over' - An interview with RVB.

by Target Darts | Premier League Podcast

Both of Target’s Premier League players produced stunning comebacks to win their games on week five of the Premier League in Leeds.

World Champion Rob Cross and five-time world title winner Raymond van Barneveld both reeled-off four successive legs from 3-5 down to claim victory by narrow 7-5 margins.

“Barney” sealed his win over Welsh number Gerwyn Price with a nerveless bullseye finish of 89 in the deciding leg, to reignite his push for a spot in the top four.

Then “Voltage” turned his game with league leader Michael Smith around with the help of 180s in each of the last three legs, to end his opponent’s 100% record in the league.

Cross also finished with a bullseye to complete a 121 checkout for a 12 dart leg and earn his third consecutive league victory, and he now has the top spot in his sights.

The Premier League continues next week in Nottingham, with van Barneveld facing Gary Anderson and Cross going up against Mensur Suljovic – with live coverage in the UK on Sky Sports, and worldwide via the PDC’s broadcast partners.
