Target Darts have announced that they will be extending their contract with the 2018 World Darts Champion, Rob ‘Voltage’ Cross. This extension means that Rob will exclusively use and promote all Target Darts products bearing his name and image until 2023. Rob is one of the most talked about players of the moment, and this contract extension celebrates Rob’s stunning debut year, and another winning partnership for Target.

Garry Plummer, Managing Director of Target Darts said, “Rob winning the World Championships was only the start of what I think is going to be a very special career.’

16 x World Champion Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor says he sees a lot of himself in Rob Cross, with the same dedication, drive and hunger. Target’s 5 x World Champion – Raymond Van Barneveld has also described Cross as ‘The new Phil Taylor’.

Garry Continues, “I truly believe that Rob is going to be adding a lot more major titles to his collection. This is just the beginning of a magnificent career for Rob, and Target Darts are honoured to have been part of it from the start and we are looking forward to working with him over the next 5 years”.

This is only the beginning for Rob ‘Voltage’ Cross, and we all look forward to seeing what he can achieve over the next few years. The sponsorship deal was officially announced 09/02/18
